Bellevue Home Mortgage is a residential mortgage broker located in Bellevue, WA. We work with over 75 lenders and have access to virtually every loan program available in the marketplace. We provide financing in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, and Nevada. Loans are available for purchases of new homes, cash-back refinances, rate and term refinances, debt consolidation, and mortgage insurance elimination.

Personal Service. Your loan officer is responsible for your file from start to finish. We have no loan processors or assistants handling our files. Our loan officers take your application, process your loan, submit your file for underwriting, and prepare your file for closing. This eliminates errors and shortens the usual closing cycle to as little as 14 days. It also gives you one contact throughout the process who is intimately aware of all details concerning your file. The person who knows the most about you and your file is handling everything. This ensures accurate and timely closings.

Experience. All loan officers have over 5 years mortgage experience and over 10 years experience in the financial services industry. Most are former commercial bankers with experience in lending, accounting, taxes, insurance, and real estate. This experience turns complex transactions into easy ones.

Streamlined Loan process. We utilize technology in every step of the loan process. Your financial information can be faxed or mailed to our office. From there, we prepare your application for you (no lengthy and confusing forms for you to fill out), and e-mail it to you for your review and signature. Your credit report, title policy, and appraisal are all ordered on-line directly from your loan officer's PC. This eliminates 1 to 2 weeks from the process. After the file is complete, we submit it for underwriting electronically and have an approval in 15 minutes. Once approved, our software orders your loan documents, which are printed right in our office. The entire process can take place in as little as 7 days. Our average closing time has been 14 days with this process. Most lenders average 30 to 45 days. We can often give you a better interest rate because we can utilize the shortest possible rate lock period (15 days).

Convenience. Our use of e-mail, phone, and fax allows us to do all the work for you. For most clients, the most they do is fax us the documents listed below then show up at closing. We do all the paperwork so you don’t have any lengthy applications to complete. We also handle our own closings, so we can meet at the place and time most convenient to you.
